This
is a picture of
our house. We are
proud of the sweat
equity that has
been shed to
make this
a home
for
over
twenty
years.
Not unlike your
first (or
current home for
that matter), this
mid-70s dwelling
has withstood torrential
storms, rains,
winds, pets and currently a growing
family.
Is it up to all
aspects of present
day code? Absolutely
not. The one trait
of our house that
makes it a home
for my family is
that it is safe.
I mention this
merely to create
a mindset with
regard to inspection
of your home.

Our
home inspection
process is
considered
to be a visual evaluation of your proposed sale / purchase.
Visual condition is
reported
at the time
of inspection.
Please note
that state and conditions can and oftentimes
will change over time. With that said, a technical component inspection (by a licensed
expert) will
be suggested to you, the client, as required.
Realizing
that
your
time is a cherished
commodity,
importance
is
given
to not only the written report but also the
shared time of two-way communications throughout
the
inspection process.
Please be assured that whatever time is needed
to ensure your comfort with the property
inspection will be given. At Legacy Inspections,
our report will not only be documented
with text, but we utilize digital photographs
as well.
This
is
your
report
and
fact
finding
effort; Legacy
Inspections
will
do
our
best
to
meet
that
expectation.
This
is what we do:
| • View |
• Analyze |
| • Communicate |
• Document |
Thank
you
again
for
taking
the
time
to
visit
Legacy
Inspections.
Please
let
us
know
how we can help
your hopes
become a legacy.
