Buyer Inspection
Strives to generate an honest, impartial report of the property condition at the time of inspection. Informs the client of defects, safety hazards and areas needing potential repairs. Ultimately avoiding unpleasant surprises after the purchase.

Seller Inspection
Identifies potential problem areas that may be resolved prior to showing and/or listing a property. Proactive sales tool to set your property apart from others as it enters the market.

Keep in mind that although not a requirement, your buyer may elect to initiate an inspection—what then?

Review Inspection
An inspection not generally offered by other companies, but regularly performed by Legacy Inspections.

This provides verification and validation of a prior inspection report on a property. In the event that the authoring inspection firm does not offer follow-up inspections, give us a call for an opinion. Together, we will walk through the report and put your mind at ease. Our Review Inspection is conducted on your inspection report whether generated from Legacy Inspections or other TREC licensed inspector.
